How much control do I keep as the property owner?
With Co-Hosting, you stay involved — you keep direct payouts from Airbnb/VRBO, maintain account ownership, and we act as your professional support system. With Full-Service, we handle everything from accounting to concierge services, so your role is purely as the investor/owner.
Will ARK help me with permits and licensing?
With Co-Hosting, you remain responsible for your permits and licenses — we guide you through the process. With Full-Service, we handle City of Scottsdale licensing and county registration, and walk you through your TPT license with the Arizona Department of Revenue step by step.
How do you screen and manage guests?

How are payments and fees handled?

How long does onboarding take?

Can I switch between Co-Hosting and Full-Service later?
Yes — many owners start with Co-Hosting and upgrade once they want a fully hands-off experience. The transition is seamless, with no disruption to your bookings or reviews.
What if I want to use the home myself?
It’s your house. Block owner stays right from your portal calendar — we’ll price and protect the nights around them.
Do I pay Scottsdale or Arizona taxes on Airbnb income?
Short-term rentals in Scottsdale collect transaction privilege tax (TPT) through the Arizona Department of Revenue. Platforms remit some taxes for you; the rest depends on your setup — it’s one of the first things we review in your evaluation.
What happens if I want to stop using ARK Rentals?
