Named for the citrus groves Arcadia was built on, The Orchard sits on an acre of manicured lawn and mature shade trees along the Arcadia and Old Town Scottsdale border. The 5,471 sq ft single-level home pairs modern farmhouse architecture with a true resort backyard.

It is fully furnished and set up for stays of a month or longer: relocations, seasonal escapes, a home build or remodel, or anyone who simply wants room to settle in.

Inside the home

Vaulted ceilings, wide-plank oak floors and walls of glass fill the home with light. The great room centers on a gas fireplace framed by custom built-ins, and disappearing glass doors open it straight onto the covered patio. The chef's kitchen has a Wolf gas range, a built-in refrigerator, two oversized stone-topped islands and a wine cooler, with a butler's pantry and coffee bar just off it. Casual and formal dining seat 14 or more, and a private office with a desk, sofa and TV makes working from home easy.

The primary wing

The primary suite is its own retreat: a king bed, a fireplace and sitting area, a spa bath with a freestanding soaking tub and walk-in rain shower, a fully built-out walk-in closet and doors to a private covered patio. Three more king bedrooms and a fifth room with a plush daybed give everyone space to spread out.

The backyard

Outside is where The Orchard shines. A covered patio with deep lounge seating and dining for 10 opens to a full outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill, Traeger smoker, kamado grill and bar seating. Beyond it you will find a resort-style pool with a Baja shelf and loungers, a gas fire pit lounge, a landscape sound system, a ping pong table and a huge lawn, all wrapped in mature trees for privacy. Weekly pool and landscape service is included, and the pool can be heated for an added fee.

Policies & Additional Information

Minimum Lease

The Orchard is offered by inquiry only, for leases of 30 days or more. It is currently leased; the earliest move-in we can consider is July 24, 2027, and we'll confirm exact availability when you reach out.

Pool Heating

The pool can be heated on request for a flat monthly fee. It heats to a maximum of 86°F, and performance can vary on nights below 50°F.

Pool & Landscape Service

Weekly pool and landscaping service is included. Please allow our vendors backyard access on service days. There is no pool fence, so please take care with children.

Pets

Pets are welcome with prior approval; a pet fee and a refundable pet deposit apply. Please share the breed, size and number of pets when you inquire.

Parking & Garage

You'll have full use of the three-car garage, with remotes and an exterior keypad code, plus the private driveway.

Wine Room

The glass-front wine room is the owner's private storage and stays locked.

No Smoking

Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property, inside the home or outdoors.

Quiet Hours & Gatherings

Per city ordinance, quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Parties and large events are not permitted.

Neighborhood

The Orchard sits in the heart of Arcadia, one of the Valley's most coveted neighborhoods. It was built on the historic citrus groves that gave the home its name, and it's known for sprawling green lots, mature trees and Camelback Mountain views. You're minutes from Arcadia's favorite restaurants and coffee shops, and about a 5-minute drive from Old Town Scottsdale's shopping, golf, dining and entertainment.

Getting Around

For a longer stay we recommend having a car. The home has a three-car garage and private driveway parking, and Sky Harbor Airport is about 15 minutes away.

If you'd rather not drive, Uber and Lyft are easy to find throughout the area, and ARK Rentals partners with trusted local providers for black car and limousine service.
