This stay was perfect for our group of 11 guys. Everyone had a place to sleep and hanging out both inside or outside was comfortable. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood not far from downtown and lots of golf.

The Home

The backyard is the heart of this house. Watch a game outside on our 65" TV lounging at our extensive dining table or on the couch. Play corn hole, swim in our heated pool with an oversized lounge step or relax on the loungers or hammock. Pool and bath towels provided.

Notes

We offer to heat the pool to 88 degrees for an extra charge of $50-75 per night. Pool heat is optional and a payment can be made at anytime; it is not required at the time of booking. Please be careful with small children around the pool. Home is equipped with a self closing side gate to back yard, but there is no pool fence onsite.
Scottsdale City Code requires the maximum occupancy for this property is not to exceed a family size of six adults and their related dependent children. STR license 2024972.
